Coburn Place accepts financial gifts of any amount. People often say “I wish it could be more…”
Well, during 2009, the total amount of money donated by people giving $25 or less was more than $6600! It takes the generosity of a whole community to continue our work. We thank you for your support!

$40 furnishes complete bedding for a twin-size bed
$75 buys a set of cookware and dishes
$225 outfits a complete apartment for a woman and one child
$500 provides a month of counseling for a woman and child
$1000 provides a year’s worth of seasonal camps and after-school activities for a child

It’s NAP time! Coburn Place was recently awarded $39,605 in Neighborhood Assistance Program tax credits. Coburn Place benefits from the program by “selling” credits to donors who can use a credit on their Indiana State taxes.

Here’s how it works—when you make a donation of $100 to $50,000, you can receive a credit equal to 50% of your donation on your Indiana State taxes. Plus, any federal deductions for which your donation is eligible still apply. (Please consult your tax advisor for more information.)

We offer tax credits on a first-come-first-served basis and our award amount limits the amount of credits available. Call Marina Keers at 317-923-5750, if you are interested or if you would like additional information.
