PEACE GARDEN DEDICATION
Lisa Benjamin

Friends and family members remembered the work of June and Fred Blaydes on a recent rainy Saturday morning.  Smiles went through the crowd as several people noted that June would be proud to know the rain was watering her flowers and her friends!  The Peace Garden was dedicated in June and Fred's memor and legacy at Coburn Place.  The garden is a beautiful area set aside for the adult residents of Coburn Place to find relaxation, peace and joy.

Friends and family gathered under umbrellas to remember the work and lives of June and Fred. Memorial contributions were used to purchase the plants, trees and this bench with a plaque honoring the Blaydes. June and Fred's family posed for a group shot after the ceremony.
