GROUPS LARGE & SMALL SHARE THEIR TIME FOR COBURN

Two groups, one large and one small, spent part of the day Friday, May 30 helping spruce up Coburn Place.

An electric group from Midwest ISO brought their high energy brand of enthusiasm to our building and grounds. They did everything from weeding and dismantling old playground equipment to creating cheerful bulletin boards and moving furniture. They also helped set-up a display of summer-related donations from which our women could "shop".

"This was a terrific group!" exclaimed Community Resources Coordinator, Anne Lennon. "I'd love to find more just like them." Does your group want to get involved? Contact Anne at 317.923.5750 or anne@coburnplace.org today!

A small but mighty group of friends and fellow gardeners, Polly Jameson, Laura Harris and Alice Hillis, loaned their green thumbs to our grounds. The three Indianapolis Garden Club members weeded, planted flowers and spread mulch giving our gardens a boost. Great work, ladies!
