OFFERING EDUCATION AND HOPE
Lisa Benjamin

When an incident of domestic violence that took place in Indianapolis on February 17 involved a shooting, RTV6 turned to Coburn Place for expert insight. Executive Director, Julia Kathary, offered a message of caution and hope. She explained that tragic incidents like the shooting of Tamara Pratt by her boyfriend are preceded by a series of events that build up over time.
