Earlier this month, representatives from the federal Office of Violence Against Women and the National Network to End Domestic Violence (NNEDV) came to Coburn Place to learn more about our program and to provide on-site training. Coburn Place staff and board members were proud to welcome our guests for the two day visit. Our guests shared how the best transitional housing programs in our country are serving survivors of abuse. We are still patting ourselves on the back for recognizing effective approaches and are quickly implementing some new ideas to help survivors. Coburn Place is grateful for the support of the Office of Violence Against Women and for the training provided by NNEDV. Thank you!
