  • Director of Women’s Services - Seeking a licensed clinical professional for this full-time position that oversees all programming for a residential organization serving women and children who have left abusive relationships.  Must have significant experience in program administration as well as clinical service delivery. Requires:  current Indiana licensure in Social Work (MSW) or related field; strong clinical skills, to include group and individual work; demonstrated leadership skills including program development and budget management; supervisory experience including personnel hiring, training and evaluation.  Must also possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
