Mentor (job description) - EXCELLENT customer service professional desired. The Mentor provides exceptional customer service as the first contact for callers, visitors and residents of Coburn Place via telephone or on-site in a professional and courteous manner; participates in the 24-hour schedule of the Mentor team; maintains an accurate log of all activities and incidences during shifts; monitors all security systems; maintains confidentiality with all resident information and activities; provides mentoring and supportive interaction to all Coburn Place residents, ensuring that program services are delivered in the spirit of Coburn Place’s guiding mission, vision, and values.
This position is PRN and will not have an assigned weekly shift, but will be added to the team to assist in covering shifts when they come available. Availability for 3rd shift is required.
