Admission Criteria

To be eligible to participate in the Coburn Place Program all applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Female
• Homeless due to leaving an abusive situation
• 18 years of age or older
• Must be willing to work full-time or participate in school or training with the goal of full-time employment and self-sufficiency
• Must have an income that falls within the IRS’s current Section 42 tax credit housing guidelines
